This insurance provides coverage for individuals who were riding in the other party's car in the event of an accident, as well as for accident victims (liability), the other car or facilities (property damage), and occupants of your own car (personal injury). Each of these coverages is handled within its respective coverage limits
However, please be aware that this insurance does not apply to situations such as accidents involving unregistered drivers and a car accident reason of 12 crucial violation of the Korean traffic (additional conditions may apply).

Accidents involving unregistered drivers are not eligible for any insurance coverage. Please be cautious.

Comprehensive insurance does not provide coverage for our car in the event of an accident or damage.
In this case, you would be responsible for covering the repair costs for our car and any loss of business income. However, if you enroll in the Car Damage Waiver system, you can either pay a set fee or be exempt from liability for car damage.
CDW: In the event of damage to our car within the coverage limit, you are required to pay a Excess fee of 300,000 KRW and business loss cost fee. (50% of the daily rental fee).
SCDW: Insurance that incurs no payment for damage to our car within the coverage limit. (Any excess beyond the coverage limit must be paid.)
Both of these insurances provide coverage within the limit, and costs must be paid if the limit is exceeded. Consumables are excluded from coverage, and accidents involving unregistered drivers or those with more than 12 crucial violation of Korean traffic are not eligible for any insurance.

It is not possible. Insurance needs to be purchased for the entire rental period since accidents can occur at any time, and the exact moment of occurrence is uncertain.

Emergency roadside assistance is provided at no cost. Most simple situations can be resolved with emergency roadside assistance. It may take approximately 20-30 minutes for the service to be completed.
In the case of the tire sidewall is punctured, rendering the car inoperable, towing to the nearest tire shop is arranged. In this situation, towing expenses are covered up to 20 kilometers. If the distance exceeds 20 kilometers, any excess charges and tire replacement costs must be paid.

Accident processing is possible; however, if the car is inoperable, no towing service is provided. This is in accordance with the insurance terms, and you would need to arrange and cover the costs of towing services independently, which can be substantial.
Furthermore, in case of a tire puncture or a drained battery on Udo Island, emergency roadside assistance may not be guaranteed, and the cost of addressing such issues could be significant. Therefore, it is recommended not to bring a car into Udo Island.

All cars come with standard features including automatic transmission, smart key, English GPS, Bluetooth, CarPlay, rearview camera, rear sensors, and heated seats. Additional options may vary depending on the car type

Dash cam(black box) is not installed in the cars.

Considering factors like the child's height, weight, and proper installation, it's challenging to arrange in advance. However, upon request, we can install a child car seat on-site at our branch. The installation and return can be done at the branch, and there is an additional fee of 11,000 KRW per day (24 hours).

There is no mileage limit

The ENG GPS is provided free of charge, and CarPlay is also available for use.

All car types are non-smoking; we do not have smoking-permitted cars

You can rent snow chains for 20,000 KRW per day (24 hours), but snow tires are not available

For electric cars, the rental fee includes all charging costs during the rental period. The cars are provided with at least 80% charge, guaranteeing a driving range of over 400 kilometers.
At the time of return, you can return the car without the need for additional charging. If charging is necessary during the rental period, you can use the provided charging card, and no additional costs will be incurred."

There are approximately 6,000 electric car charging stations in Jeju Island, and most accommodation facilities are equipped with electric car charging facilities.

You are required to return the car with the same amount of fuel it had when you first received it. Any fuel shortage can be paid for at the branch, but refunds for excess fuel are not possible due to the company policy

Typically, a notice of the violation and the corresponding fine is sent to our company within one month after a traffic regulation violation. When a fine is incurred, an administrative fee of 30,000 KRW will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of car pickup

You can use the provided charging card in the car to charge it, and the electric charging costs are included in the car rental fee.

There is a gas station right next to the office, and the LPG refueling station is a 7-minute drive away
Reservation related inquiries

Passport, International Driving Permit (IDP), and a credit card are required, and for detailed information on each item, please refer to the "Rental Requirement" at the top of the homepage

It is not possible. A physical and original IDP is mandatory, and bringing a digital copy or printing a digital copy is also not acceptable

If you arrive with an IDP from a country that is not a signatory to the conventions, renting a car is not possible. However, if you obtain an IDP from a country that is a signatory to the conventions, it will be possible
It's important to note that if you obtain an IDP from an unrecognized institution, you still won't be able to rent a car with that IDP. For example, an IDA, IDL or ITA are not accepted

If there is no stamp, the IDP is not considered valid. Please double-check to ensure the stamp is present

You can only rent with a credit card in the driver's own name

You will need the U.S. Forces Korea driver's license (orange license) and your passport. Without either of these, car rental is not possible

For electric cars, the rental fee also includes membership card for charging the car during the rental period

The minimum age for rental varies depending on the car type, with a minimum age requirement of either 23 or 26 years or older. The specific age requirement for each car is indicated in the car search interface, and if you do not meet the age requirement, car rental will not be possible

Car rentals are available from 08:00 to 19:00, and returns can be made from 07:30 to 20:00. Rental and return of cars are not possible outside these hours

Office opens at 07:20 AM, and the first shuttle departs from the location at 07:30 AM. Car return before 07:20 AM is not possible

We are unable to provide car pickup after 7:00 PM. Therefore, when making a reservation, we confirm it only for arrivals in Jeju before 7:00 PM, based on the flight time you provide.
If your confirmed reservation is affected by a flight delay, please ensure you contact our company in advance. Even in such cases, if the delay extends beyond our operating hours, car pickup may not be possible.

An upfront payment, equivalent to 20% of the total rental fee (including insurance if selected), will be charged to the registered credit card as a deposit. The remaining balance can be settled through card payment when picking up the car

We aim to confirm reservations within 24 hours from the time of the reservation request
Due to time zone differences across countries, if you make a reservation request after 18:00 (Korean time), it may take additional time to receive a response

If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours from the time of reservation confirmation, and at least 48 hours before car pickup in Korean time, a full refund of the reservation deposit is possible
If a cancellation request is made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time, a refund of the reservation fee is not possible

It's difficult to cancel immediately because the card has been stopped and reissued with a new card number
In this case, you will need to initiate the cancellation through the card issuer, and it may take more than two weeks for the cancellation process to be completed

If you wish to change your reservation schedule, please send us an email with your reservation number and the new dates you'd like to schedule. We will review your request and provide further guidance

If you provide documents such as a flight cancellation confirmation or other proof of a natural catastrophe, you can receive a full refund of the reservation deposit

If you contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled return time, you can receive a refund. The refund will cover the rental fee only; insurance fees, if applicable, will not be refunded

The additional charge is 11,000 KRW per day (based on a 24-hour period), and additional drivers must also have a passport and an International Driving Permit (IDP).
The additional charge is calculated based on the rental period, and if you drive without registering as an additional driver, please note that you may not receive insurance benefits. Please be careful.
